Çocuk Hakları Politikası

Turunç Premium Hotel we respect the fundamental rights of children and consider their protection to be one of our most important responsibilities. We take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children at our facility. We regularly provide our colleagues with the necessary training. We commit to creating a safe environment that supports the physical, emotional, psychological and social development of children.

Principles of Our Policy

  • 1. Zero tolerance for child labour We strictly prohibit the employment of child labour at our facility. We ensure full compliance with national and international regulations regarding the non-employment of individuals below the legal working age. We expect our business partners to adhere to the same ethical principles.
  • 2. Education and participation We provide informative materials and educational activities to support the development of children. We value their ideas and take their views into consideration.
  • 3. Protection mechanisms We apply a zero-tolerance policy against child abuse. We take comprehensive measures against any situation that may threaten the safety of children.
  • 4. Equality and non-discrimination We treat all children equally and do not permit discrimination in any form. We respect their differences and adopt an inclusive approach.
  • 5. Community support We support the efforts of local communities towards child welfare and contribute to projects that enhance the quality of life of children in the Marmaris region.
  • 6. Response to suspicious situations When any abuse, exploitation or suspicious act towards children is observed, the hotel management is informed immediately; where necessary, the relevant official authorities are contacted and legal proceedings are initiated.
  • 7. Recognition of children's rights We take the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child as our basis and strive to protect and advance the rights of children.
  • 8. Communication with guest children To prevent cultural differences from leading to misunderstandings, our staff do not make physical contact with guest children, do not establish physical proximity with them and do not offer them food or beverages. Communication is always maintained within a professional and respectful framework.

“As Turunç Premium Hotel, we continue to fulfil all our responsibilities to ensure that children are in a safe, healthy and happy environment. The welfare of children is one of the foremost priorities of our hotel.”
