- The common areas are suitable for wheelchair use, and portable wheelchair ramps are provided when access to different areas is required.
- The buttons in the guest elevators are marked with the Braille alphabet, providing ease of use for our visually impaired guests.
Accessible Rooms and Accommodation
- There are 2 accessible rooms arranged in accordance with the standards.
- The rooms are designed to support a safe and comfortable stay for guests with limited mobility (wide doors, grab bars, emergency buttons, etc.).

- All our employees are trained in accessibility and the special needs of guests and are always ready to assist.
- Our guests can easily request assistance 24/7 from their rooms via the internal telephone by dialing the Reception line at extension 1000 or 1001.
