Turunç Resort Hotel we regard gender equality as a fundamental human right and observe this principle throughout all operations of our hotel. Our aim is to create a working environment that offers fair, inclusive, and equal opportunities for everyone.

Principles of Our Policy

  • 1. Zero tolerance for abuse, harassment and discrimination We do not, under any circumstances, permit our employees to be subjected to discrimination, harassment or pressure on account of their gender. Should such a situation arise, we activate prompt, transparent and effective intervention mechanisms.
