The system is intended for hotel management and staff and has been customized taking into account the size, location, and service approach of the facility. At the core of our management system lies a risk analysis approach, through which elements such as the environment, marine and terrestrial ecosystems, society, culture, the economy, quality, human rights, and health and safety are comprehensively evaluated. Where necessary, new criteria are also added to the system. Following the risk analysis, the crisis management procedures to be applied in the event that potential risks materialize have been determined and detailed in supplementary documents.
The Turunç Resort Hotel Management System aims to continuously enhance sustainability performance. Within the scope of the system, policies are established and objectives are set in the areas of quality, the environment, culture, the economy, human rights, and health and safety, and whether these objectives are achieved is regularly monitored. In line with performance measurements and feedback, continuous improvement steps are planned. When objectives are achieved, new objectives are defined; where they are not achieved, the practices and objectives are reviewed and revised. This approach is part of a culture of continuous development and improvement.
The location of our hotel, set amid nature, makes the responsibility of ecosystem protection a priority. Following risk analyses, the necessary measures are meticulously implemented in order to avoid harming the environment.
