Access and Infrastructure

• All social areas of our facility are designed to be accessible by means of elevators, wheelchair ramps and wooden beach walkways.
• The common areas are suitable for wheelchair use, and portable wheelchair ramps are provided when access to different areas is required.
• The buttons in the guest elevators are marked with the Braille alphabet, providing ease of use for our visually impaired guests.

Accessible Rooms and Accommodation

• There are 2 accessible rooms arranged in accordance with the standards.
• The rooms are designed to support a safe and comfortable stay for our guests with restricted mobility.

Staff and Service

• All our employees are trained in accessibility and the special needs of guests and are always ready to assist.
• Our guests can easily request assistance from their rooms via the internal telephone by dialling the 2050 Reception line.

Sustainable and Inclusive Approach

• Accessibility is an integral part of our hotel's sustainability approach. The infrastructure and services of our facility are continuously improved with regard to the comfort and safety of every individual.
• Feedback received from guests and employees is evaluated regularly, and our accessibility services are developed and updated.
