• 1. Quality and Regulatory Compliance Our suppliers are expected to operate in accordance with national and international standards in the areas of quality management, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
• 2. Environmentally Conscious Practices The conscious and responsible use of natural resources, minimizing adverse impacts on the ecosystem, protecting wildlife, and complying with hunting bans are among our fundamental priorities.
• 3. Waste and Wastage Management Unnecessary use of packaging should be avoided, recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging materials should be preferred, and strategies should be developed for the proper management of waste.
• 4. Environmentally Friendly and Ethical Products We attach importance to the use of products that are energy-saving, have a low environmental impact, and observe ethical values.
• 5. Contribution to the Local Economy Procurement from local producers and the support of regional culinary culture, traditions, and authentic values are encouraged.
